“Shocking” “Ban(ne)d” Dry Fire Recoil Training Technique

One of the biggest challenges of dry fire is how to practice and improve recoil management.

That’s why I started experimenting with different ways to fix the problem several years ago.

Most of what I tried didn’t work that well…

but I kept trying.

The solution ended up being ridiculously simple and powerful.

I have only shared it with a few other shooters before today.

As far as I can tell, it’s never appeared anywhere else and you’re going to be one of the very first people to get to see and use it.

Yet it’s arguably BETTER at helping you improve your recoil management than live fire training.

(You’ll quickly see why)

I want to encourage you to try it out…you can use an exercise band, bungie hooks, shock cord, (hence the “shocking” ban(ne)d title” or many other elastic options.

The beauty of this approach and the key to why it’s more effective than just doing live fire training is that you can dial in your resistance depending on whether you want to work on your wrist, elbow, or shoulder and scale it for any level of shooter.

And, like I said, this is an example of the radically different approach that we take with Draw Stroke Mastery and it shows how we’re able to get better results than what’s possible with live fire only training OR traditional dry fire training.

Fantastic! What I like about your training is the simplicity/economy of the tools used and the brain/muscular component of shooting. You bring it all together and present it in a logical manner. Something every firearms instructor tries to do. Keep up the great work.
