Distance shots with a red dot on a subcompact

I’ve got a couple of cool things for you today.

First is a “drill” that was created last year to commemorate Eli Dicken’s life-saving actions at the Greenwood Park Mall in Greenwood IN.

Early reports said that he engaged the shooter from 43 yards away, hitting with 8/10 shots fired.

So, at the time, I decided to show a drill that I do at home at 60 yards on an 8″ popper with a Glock 26 subcompact with a red dot…

For many, that kind of shooting is way easier with a dot than with irons.  Especially if you wear glasses for reading.

Dots let you keep your eyes looking at and focused on your target…you just put the dot where you want the hole.

A dot gives you instant feedback about whether your trigger press is good or if you need to slow it down.

And the movement of the dot in recoil is way easier to track than the front sight…so you can make followup shots faster.

If you want to know how to do this…make fast, accurate hits with your carry pistol with a red dot, regardless of the distance…you’re going to want to join me for the Red Dot Mastery course I’m teaching next week live online.

It’s 3 short classes and you’ll get the recordings if you miss any of them.

There’s a few cool bonuses that you’ll get as an attendee…including being thanked/mentioned in my upcoming book, “Red Dot Mastery.”  (We’re on track to have the digital version released before Christmas and the physical version right after)

We ran the class in late October and it was a blast.  A great group of shooters and very fun interaction.  You’ll get immediate access to those recordings when you sign up for next week’s class!

As a special bonus, you’ll also get one of these super-cool challenge chips!

Interested?  If you own a pistol for self-defense, you should be.  Check it out the details and get signed up today by clicking >HERE<
