The course is kind of like doing a Mr Miaki thing – wax on, wax off. Don’t question what is taught, just do. The results will speak for themselves. And you will be delighted with the results…

Just completed the 21 Day Alpha course with a micro pistol, appendix holster, and snagmag magazine holder. Then tested my results on the range, mimicing many of the drills from the course. Overall very noticable improvements, particulary on the moving-while-shooting drills. Plan on starting over again with my snubbie, pocket holster, and speed strip. It’ll be a different draw, grip, trigger, and reload. A lot of the drills will reinforce skills what I previously learned. Plus I’ll work on my assessed weak areas as I go.

As a life long gym rat, I devised a few effective shooting-related exercises that are helping me along, if anyone is interested.

Thanks for a great course. I feel much more comfortable with pistols than I did before (being more of a rifleman). How do you recommend using the remainder of the cards in the deck going forward? I also purchased the Dry Fit deck. I apologize if this was already answered elsewhere.

      Your welcome! Thank you.

What a lot of people do is just pick out 3-5 cards per practice session and do those drills. This ensures that you get a variety of drills and work on the more obscure skills every once and awhile.

I completed each day and love the SIRT pistol and training. The videos also hit each day great! I did the 21 day course and can’t wait to go to the range and see my improvement. I plan on taking many of the other courses mentioned in the deck of cards. I already have 3-4 inch groups from 3-25 yards and can’t wait to continue to do all the cards in the dry fire deck and redo the cards going forward. I especially appreciate the training shooting sitting, support hand, learned flashlight use, also the tactical pen and many other side emails to be more prepared. Thanks!

    Gentlemen,

Simply put, thank you. I have seen improvement in my mechanics, accuracy, movement effiency and speed. I will continue to carry and use my dry Fire cards whenever I have a few minutes of down time and a a part of my regular training regimen. For so small of an investment, the return has been and continues to be enormous. Again, Thank You!

I have not completed this course as yet. I started then stopped to wait for my SIRT pistol then decided to print all the daily charges! Printer ran out of ink! Back on course now! I think this is an excellent training course as does my private instructor who is an instructor for local police departments!

I bought 5 packs of the dry fire training cards. Giving them to my adult boys as a Christmas stocking stuffers. I personally did a few of the drills and really felt like they were very beneficial. I can’t wait to practice these skills every day with my sons.
We went target shooting yesterday at the range and my grouping was tighter and I felt like I had slightly increased in speed even though I haven’t done all the drills yet. I really feel like the dry fire training system will allow for improvement without having to spend a lot of time/money on ammo and range time. But let me say that range time (in my book) is ALWAYS worth the time and money.
I also really enjoyed reading the Tactical and Preparedness Newsletter. Great information! Thanks for sharing your expertise!

Finished the course 9/29/2016 took a few days off to go up north then a few days to review some drills i struggled with. I am happy to report i just had the best IDPA shoot i have ever had in the last 4 years,,( only 15 pts down ) came in 10 th place out of 36 shooters in my ssp, unclassified division. Not bad for a 60 yr old with bad knees and just two yrs out from back surgery for spinal stenosis. I will continue to do the drills because they are definitely helping me become a better shooter.

I enjoyed the course. My before and after did not show marked improvement in grouping but time for 15 rounds was 17 seconds faster. I plant to keep repeating the practices.

    I sent my picture.

    All the best,

    Bill

Just started. I did pick up an SIRT pistol though. Have been dry firing the SIRT and have done Day 1&2 of your course. Went to the range yesterday and am seeing my groups tightening up and moving from 7 o clock to a more centered group and tighter.

Travel is slowing me down, but excellent training.

I think you’ve missed one of the cheapest ways of rendering your semi auto gun safe, This is a brightly colored nylon rope. Melt one end so that it will NOT enter the barrel. Pass the other end through the barrel and down the mag well, preventing either bullet or mag from being inserted, and giving visual proof. For mag changing practice, a shorter piece that will enter the chamber but not go through the barrel will prevent a round going into the chamber.

I used this rope trick for years before I got my sirt and it is very effective for dry fire and drawing practice. I hope it helps others on a tight budget.

    Thanks, Doug

Quite often I work 16 hour days; and because of that the 21 days will more than likely be 42 :). However, slower as it may be, I have noticed improvement in my skills. It’s a great course and I thank you.

Yes I have completed the course. Being a correctional officer I have to qualify and do shoot and practice as much as possibly but due to having to have a certified range master on site it is difficult at best. This course has taken me from an average 3-4″ groups down to 1-2″ with an increase to 95-98% hit ratio at 3-25 yds required for qualifying. GREAT COURSE.

    OX,

I have enjoyed the 21 day Challenge. My skills have improved greatly. I am now going to use the same skills I have learned to help my wife improve her shooting skills. Your program is/was a great help.
Thank you, I look forward to learning more from you.

    Thanks again,
